Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Return & Exchange

At Kernova Foods, a brand owned and operated by Alphabell Agrofoods Pvt Ltd, customer satisfaction is our priority.

In case of any dissatisfaction, manufacturing defect, or packaging defect, customers may return or exchange the product within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return:

• Email us at support@kernovafoods.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
• Attach a photo of the product and the original packaging.
• Our team will respond within 24 business hours.

Approved returns are collected free of charge from the original delivery address.

Products must be unopened, unaltered, and in their original packaging, with a remaining shelf life of at least 3 months to qualify for return. Perishable products that have been opened by the customer are not eligible for return unless found to be defective due to manufacturing or packaging issues.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected by Alphabell Agrofoods Pvt Ltd, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method:

• UPI / Net Banking / Wallet — 2–3 business days
• Credit / Debit Card — 5–7 business days (subject to issuing bank processing timelines)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders — Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 5–7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, packaging defect, or an error on our part.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before shipment dispatch, whichever occurs earlier.

To request cancellation, email support@kernovafoods.com with your Order ID.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Customers may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with the Return Policy above.

If Alphabell Agrofoods Pvt Ltd cancels an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other operational reasons, a full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened products (unless affected by a manufacturing or packaging defect)
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer
• Products returned after 7 days from the date of delivery
• Gift boxes or customized/personalized packaging (unless defective)
