Delivery Coverage
Kernova Foods, a brand owned and operated by Alphabell Agrofoods Pvt Ltd, ships PAN India via Shiprocket using reliable courier partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, and others. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599
- ₹49 Flat Shipping Charge on orders below ₹599
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry an additional handling fee of ₹30
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing your tracking ID and courier partner details. You can track your shipment at kernovafoods.com/track or directly on the courier partner's tracking portal.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If a non-delivery or delayed delivery occurs due to an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address provided by the customer, or if the recipient is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts by the courier partner, Alphabell Agrofoods Pvt Ltd reserves the right to recover any additional shipping or re-shipping costs incurred. Customers are advised to verify their delivery address and contact information before placing an order.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to transit handling, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
